Syringe Units Calculator
Convert between millilitres and U-100 syringe units for 0.3 mL, 0.5 mL and 1 mL syringes.
Mathematical calculation only. Not medical advice.
Formula
Units = volume in mL × 100 (U-100: 1 mL = 100 units). mL = units ÷ 100.
Syringe capacity: a 0.3 mL syringe holds 30 units, 0.5 mL holds 50 units, 1 mL holds 100 units. A value larger than the syringe is rejected.
Worked example (mathematical example only): 0.25 mL × 100 = 25 units, which fits a 0.3 mL (30-unit) syringe.
To get the volume from a vial and a target amount, use the peptide calculator.
