Peptide Reconstitution Calculator
Work out how much solvent to add to a vial to reach a chosen concentration. Enter the vial amount and the concentration you want.
Mathematical calculation only. Not medical advice.
Formula
Solvent volume (mL) = vial amount (mg) ÷ desired concentration (mg/mL).
Worked example (mathematical example only): a 5 mg vial at 2.5 mg/mL needs 5 ÷ 2.5 = 2 mL. If the vial is labelled in mcg, convert first: 5000 mcg = 5 mg.
